The fourth Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning (PCF4) on "Achieving Development Goals: Innovation, Learning, Collaboration and Foundations", will take place in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, October 30-November 3, 2006. The CUPIDE team and UNESCO (Jamaica) will be presenting a panel on distance education in small island developing countries.

The CUPIDE Strategic Planning consultancies began in the last quarter of 2005. Photographs of one of the consultants - Louisa Horne of InnovAcademy - working in Jamaica, are included below.
